Homeschool group for 6th and 7th graders:

Monday through Friday between 9:30am and 12:30pm in Cottekill, NY.

Books used for main curriculum: 

-“Complete curriculum grade 6” by FlashKids in association with Harcourt Family Learning.

-Spectrum Writing grade 7

-Spectrum Math grade 7

-Big Fat Notebook - World History, the complete middle school study guide

…And many other books.

Please also get some notebooks of each type: for writing, math and music.

We will also watch teaching videos, use different online sites like Khan Academy and will have more books that we will use.

For Spanish language we will use the Duolingo app. Please download and bring device if you can. (Not required. We can also use the one here together.)

For music class please bring your chosen instruments (if not piano).

For art classes please dress appropriately in order to be able to get messy. For the first class please have a sketchbook and pencils.

You can sign up for any or all days. Payment is required by the first of the month for the whole month in the amount of days your child would like to attend that month.

Cost: $15 per day per child.

We will follow the Rondout Valley School district for school closings in snow days and holidays.

Please bring snack and drink.

First homeschool day is Sept 4, Wednesday.
